ICSO 2025 - Terms & Conditions

1. Scope & Acceptance

By registering for the Indonesia Corporate Sustainability Outlook (ICSO) 2025, you acknowledge that the event is jointly organized by PT Olahkarsa Inovasi Indonesia and S&P Global Sustainable1. Your participation implies full agreement to these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility & Accuracy of Information

You confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and truthful. The organizers reserve the right to revoke access if false or misleading data is submitted.

3. Payment Terms & Refunds

Registration fees are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the organizers. Payment transactions are managed securely via third-party platforms. ICSO will not be liable for additional processing fees incurred.

4. Participation & Code of Conduct

All participants must follow the ICSO Code of Conduct. The organizers reserve the right to deny or remove access from anyone acting disruptively or violating policies.

5. Media Rights

By attending ICSO 2025, you grant consent to be photographed, recorded, and livestreamed. These materials may be used by PT Olahkarsa Inovasi Indonesia, S&P Global Sustainable1, and affiliated partners for communication, education, and promotional purposes.

6. Use of Third-Party Tools

Participation may involve platforms including YouTube & Zoom. You agree to their terms and understand they may collect data independently of ICSO.

7. Amendments

We may revise these Terms occasionally. Changes will be posted on the ICSO website and communicated via email when material.
